In addition to real estate management, TeneTra offers the apartments and houses of apartment owners contracted with it for vacation rental.
Accommodations
The following cancellation conditions apply to accommodation booked on this website:
- A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking
- Accommodation cannot be canceled within 14 days from the date of arrival
- In case of cancellation within 14 days, it is possible to change the date within 12 months, if the trip is canceled due to a flight cancellation.
House rules of the apartments:
We would like to introduce you to the house rules to ensure a comfortable stay and avoid misunderstandings:
1. The accommodation is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to ask for a specific time, please talk to us about it.
2. Keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m.
3. Please keep the apartment clean after the end of the rental agreement and leave it in the condition in which you found it. A daily amount is required for the bin.
4. Do not eat in the bedroom.
5. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
6. If you want to bring a pet, talk to us about it first.
7. Only the guests indicated in the reservation may stay on site.
8. Please turn off the AC when you are away.
9. If you want to organize an event, talk to us about it first.
10. Wash the dishes after use.
11. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using any illegal drugs, the authorities will be involved and guests will be asked to leave
property immediately.
12. The client is obliged to take care of his belongings and valuables left in the apartment, and the owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
13. Weapons, explosives and flammable materials may not be brought into the apartment. The use of equipment and tools that are not an integral part of the apartment is only permitted with the owner's consent (barbecuing, etc.). Smoking is prohibited in the apartment due to the potential fire, but smoking is allowed on the terraces and balconies.
14. The owner is entitled to the absence of guests entering the apartment in order to prevent possible damage or danger.
15. In the event of equipment, furniture, appliances or equipment breakdown or damage, the guest is obliged to inform the owner thereof. If the damage occurs due to the customer's fault, the customer is obliged to reimburse the corresponding value.
16. With the beginning of the use of the apartments, it is understood that the customer knows the house rules. House rules are an integral part of rental apartments. In case of non-compliance with the rules and regulations, the owner has the right to refuse further services without refund.
Finally, since this is a vacation rental community, not a hotel, please respect the property and keep it clean before you leave. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, and we wish you a pleasant time!
